Danny Adams – With deep family roots in the Fort Worth country & western and rodeo scene, it seemed inevitable for Danny to make a huge impact on the town. Through his near 20 years of experience in shaping hats, Danny has become a staple in the Fort Worth community. The longest tenured employee of The Best Hat Store, Danny started in 2013. His expertise and knowledge of hat shaping combined with an excellent sense of wit and humor will leave you laughing while wearing a great new hat.
Favorite Shape: Fort Worth crown with RD brim
Ryan McBride – Born in Norfolk Nebraska, Ryan is no stranger to the western lifestyle. He grew up riding bareback horses and bulls. Ryan began working at the Best Hat Store in 2014. Taking pride in wearing a “good looking cowboy hat,” Ryan translates that to helping his customers get the best shaped hat they can get.
Favorite Shape: Cattleman crown with J brim
Jace Savoie – Raised on the Gulf Coast of Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana, Jace got on his first bull at 12 years old. He has competed both as a collegiate bull rider at McNeese State University and a professional, traveling all over the USA. With over 10 years of experience, Jace has been shaping hats since 2007 and began working at The Best Hat Store in 2018. Always happy to have a cold beer and conversation with customers, Jace guarantees from the eyebrows up, you will look the best you ever have.

Andy Henson – Born in Abilene TX, Andy grew up on Family Ranch and Ben Richey Boys Ranch until graduation from Albany JR SR High School. Shaping hats started when he wanted to tune up his houseparent’s cowboy hat in 2006 before heading to the Fort Worth Stock Show. In 2009 Andy entered the cowboy and western industry by working at 5D Custom Hats and Leather while going to school at Abilene Christian University. The art of shaping hats was so intriguing to him that it quickly became the career that Andy wanted to pursue. Although Andy has only been at the Best Hat Store location since July of 2020, he has been one of the hat shapers at the Best Hat Store Booth during the NFR in Las Vegas since 2014 and previously worked at 5D, Cavenders, and Cody’s Cowboy Hats in Idaho.
